Bant Breen, Founder, Chairman & CEO

Bant has a lengthy global communications track record steeped in guiding digital media innovation. Before launching Qnary, Bant was the Worldwide CEO of Interpublic Group's global search and social media agency Reprise Media. Past roles have included President of global media agency Initiative, Executive Director of the IPG Media Lab, founder of Ansible (IPG's Mobile Marketing Agency), and Executive Vice President of global digital communications at Universal McCann (IPG). Bant was inducted into the Advertising Hall of Achievement in 2010.

Mark Pilatowski, Chief Product Officer

Mark has been involved in SEO and social media optimization for more than a decade and leverages that experience to ensure that Qnary delivers holistic and effective digital identity management to all Qnary users. Prior to joining Qnary, Mark served as the SEO Lead at Gilt Groupe and Director of Organic Search and Social Optimization at Reprise Media where he developed and managed organic visibility strategies for a wide range of brands such as Kia, Sharp USA, Verizon, and the North Face.

Savina Kotorov, Operations Director

Savina Kotorov oversees Operations at Qnary. Prior to Qnary, Savina has led global operations both with early stage digital companies as well as Fortune 1000 companies, providing her with a robust perspective of the industry. Before moving to the States, Savina lived in Madrid for 10 years, where she was the finance and operations officer at the subsidiary of a multi-national Japanese company, FANUC LTD.  

Mary Snauffer, President-US

Mary has worked for major brands leading their social content strategies for over 6 years. She has worked with clients like American Express, leading innovative social strategies for campaigns like Small Business Saturday, Reckitt Benckiser, Diageo, Coty and L'Oreal Paris. She has written and spoken about social media trends for MediaPost, The Drum, SXSW, Social Media Week, etc. 


Bryan Pocius, Product Lead

Bryan has more than 15 years of experience in product management, business strategy, and information architecture. Before joining Qnary, Bryan was at Doubleclick, Vitrue, and Shutterstock in various product and client interfacing roles. He has helped dozens of global brands navigate the waters of digital marketing, particularly in social media. He also performs and sells music, some of which has been featured in nationally broadcast cable television shows and movies. 

Ray Carbonell, President-Global

Originally from Barcelona, Ray worked at Mercer consulting before moving to the United States, where he worked as an associate for a Chicago-based private equity firm. He also ran the operations department for a large Spanish food importer, leading the implementation of their e-commerce line. 


Marc Reichel, Account Solutions Director

Marc is a digital and social media strategist with a passion for marketing, emerging technology, fitness, and people.  Contributing to largely successful digital and social marketing campaigns, Marc has worked with reputable brands and agencies including Ritz Crackers, Oreo, Trident Gum, Timex, Dicks Sporting Goods, Verizon Fios, and McCann Worldwide. You can typically spot Marc in his fitted blazer, sending emaiIs while drinking a grande iced coffee.
