Business Development Coordinator

Hi! We are Qnary.

We empower the voice of professionals and industry leaders. We work directly with Fortune 1000 and startup leaders across a variety of industries, including marketing, media, technology, advertising, law, finance, corporate sustainability, art and more. We deliver our solution globally in multiple languages including English, Spanish, Japanese, and Mandarin.

Clients come to us to become digital influencers in their industry—from growing target audiences on social channels, to creating smart and savvy social content from tweets to blogs, to building personal websites. The objective is to grow their personal brands to help better reflect themselves and their organizations. We have developed an app to help clients do this easily. We do this in part through our proprietary social media management technology, the Qnary app. We are currently looking for a business development coordinator to help our business development scale our business and grow our client roster.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Identifying new sales leads

  • Pitching Qnary product and/or services in calls and/or meetings

  • Sales operations and organization of leads

  • Setting up new business meetings with leads

  • Developing powerpoint presentations and proposals

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Researching the needs of leads and potential clients

  • Managing sales CRM

Skills required, include:

  • Highly Motivated

  • Being highly organized

  • Excellent communication and written capabilities

  • Confidence and persistence

  • Excellent time management

  • Understanding of Microsoft suite (word, ppt, excel)

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Knowledge of social media industry

  • Ability to solve problems and communicate effectively

  • Hard work ethic

Experience:

  • 2 years is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
